Processing Refunds
The Reet Label strives for excellence in every piece we deliver. To maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for our jewellery and eyewear collections, our policy is as follows:
1. Exchange Eligibility
We only offer exchanges for items delivered with defects, damage, or for shipping errors. Please report issues within 48 hours of receipt. A valid request requires your order details, clear images, and a continuous unboxing video.
2. Final Sale Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products and safety protocols, we do not provide refunds or accept returns once a shipment has been delivered.
3. Exchange Conditions
Items must remain unworn and in their original state, including all secure tags, branded boxes, and components. Please be aware that we cannot process an exchange without the required unboxing footage.
4. What Is Not Covered
We cannot accommodate exchanges for subjective preferences, slight color differences caused by screen displays, or wear and tear caused by owner misuse.
5. Return Conditions
Return is only applicable in case of damaged or incorrect order received. Please report issues within 48 hours of receipt. A valid request requires your order details, clear images, and a continuous unboxing video.
Refunds considered for exceptional returns only, as mentioned above. Order Amount processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method after quality check approval.
